Do I need my own domain?

No. You get a store link on Catalog right away. If you want your own .ph or .com name later, we can help with that.

Who sets up shipping?

We do. You keep your existing VIP courier account. We connect everything so you can ship from Catalog.

Can I use cash on delivery?

That depends on your courier account type. We turn COD on or off based on what your account supports.

Do I pack the parcels myself?

Yes. Catalog handles the store and booking the shipment. You still pack and hand off to the courier like today.

What if a parcel gets lost?

Parcel issues go through your courier account, the same as when you ship manually now.
